Small Group Classes- $129-$199 / month

Do you thrive in a positive team environment that holds you accountable to pursuing your health and fitness related goals? 


Then small group classes are for you! 


Each group meets 2-3 times per week to prepare mentally, physically and emotionally for their next big event! 


Small group training provides the high quality feedback of private coaching, at a significantly lower rate.


Semi-Private & Private Coaching- $299-$599 / month

Semi-Private & Privaye Coaching maximizes your accountability and personal attention, by providing you with specific feedback, guidance, and strategies, to get the most from your training. 


In addition, you are required to keep a personal accountability journal, and are given homework to be completed between your sessions. 


Personal Consultation- $50-$150 / session 

Increase your strength, accelerate recovery, and prevent chronic recurring injuries. Personal consultations are customized to your particular goals, needs, and interests and can include the following services: Sports Acupuncture, Movement Screening, Customized Exercise Programs, Body Composition Assessment, Nutritional Coaching.
