What will regular class attendance do for me?

Each class will move you closer to reaching your health & fitness goals.  Whether you are looking to build strength or slim down, increase flexibility or improve balance, your regular class attendance will move you one step closer to improving your body composition and overall health & fitness. 

Will strenuous exercise cause or worsen injuries?
Not if done correctly. Your health is of primary importance.  Before beginning any class program, schedule an appointment to review your health history, perform a 
pre-class movement screening, and create a customized solution to address your specific needs.   

What happens at my pre-class screening?
During your screening, we will use simple diagnostic methods that will identify any limitations in mobility, areas of asymmetry, and any signs of instability.  We will also take baseline measurements to help you establish your health and fitness goals.  Take a look at the pictures below for a sense of what will happen during your initial screening.
